SpecialisedTherapies
We offer specialised therapies tailored to address complex psychological issues, enhancing healing and personal growth, such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR therapy facilitates the processing and integration of traumatic memories via eye movements and is a dynamic approach effective for treating trauma and PTSD. In addition, we offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy, fundamental for treating depression, anxiety, and burnout.
